Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment with us that’s not a problem.

Rumina has a 24 hour minimum notice cancellation policy for all appointments. 

How to Cancel Your Appointment

We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when you make a booking with Rumina and that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you want to cancel. Please make sure you cancel using the account you created to book your appointment as we may not see an email out of hours. If you can’t find your link head to the Rumina website, www.rumina.app by clicking Book Appointment you can login to your account that you used to book your appointment.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the full fee for the service you booked. This includes missed appointments or any other reasons you do not receive our Services at the booking time and fail to notify us at least 24 hours prior. The fee is an out of pocket expense that is GST inclusive and not claimable from Medicare or private health funds.

Rumina has implemented this policy in order to provide the best service to our clients and their families. We need to be mindful of the time the midwife or practitioner has set aside for you and how this impacts other mother, parents and families accessing our service.
