• Rumina is all about ensuring you can focus on being a midwife not an administrator. To do this well, we want you to focus on listening to new parents, applying your clinical expertise and spending less time doing admin and more time in the community. This  means you can focus on doing what you do best and ensuring great outcomes for your clients.

Flexible work 

• Work when you want and as much as you want. We want our team to create the most enriching and rewarding career possible. This can often mean a bit of variety. For example some of our midwives work a few hospital shifts, lecture at university and support Rumina clients when they have some availability in between. Some of our Midwives are busy parents and want flexible work hours, some are full time or more. Work in a way that works for you.

The pay

• Set your own rates. Our model is all about making services as affordable as possible and putting more funds toward paying midwives to deliver services. To achieve this can be a bit of a juggling act, but at Rumina getting this balance right is a big focus. We want to know if you think we’re off balance so get in touch anytime.
